SALON 24 POLICIES

A £10 non refundable booking fee is required to secure all cutting/ styling appointments.

A £30 non refundable booking fee is required to secure all colour appointments.

This can be payed via bank transfer or in the salon.

 

48 hours must be given to rearrange appointments, failure to do so will require a new booking fee. The booking fee price will come off the appointment cost on the day. Appointments are not confirmed in the diary until the deposit is payed.

 

Missed appointments are not tolerated, and will require full payment and a new deposit to re book.

 

All appointments must be payed for in the salon on the day by cash or card.
